"Heavy Petting With Mike Weaver" is a warm 'n' fuzzy YouTube channel chock full of cutesy comedic videos featuring funny animals, or rather, humorous skits starring animals. Since I'm an animal lover, and I like to laugh, I am part of the target audience, so naturally I am a sucker for this sappy schmaltz being passing off, rather successfully, as silly but semi-sophisticated social satire. So considering my built-in bias, I can't offer a balanced review. And if you also love "stupid pet tricks," you won't be able to very objective, either. But you'll probably smile and hug your dog or cat, and nobody can criticize that.
